Door and glass
Why Is There Moisture or Streaking Between the Door Glass?
The short answer
Wolf leaves the door glass unsealed so the panes can move with the heat, which makes condensation during cooking expected and temporary. A mark still there once the oven is cold is deposit on an inner face, and reaching it means the door comes apart. Wolf Appliance Repair Denver does that work: (720) 807-8323.
Why it does that
Unsealed is deliberate. Wolf says the door glass is left unsealed so it can contract and expand while the oven runs, and that food particles may get between the panes as a result. The same guidance is blunt about the remedy: reaching between them means the door is taken apart. So the test is temperature. Look at the door cold, hours after the last use: fog that has cleared was condensation, and a mark still there is on a face no cloth will touch.
Spray the cloth, not the door
Wolf’s instruction for the window is to put the cleaner on the cloth or the pad and wipe. Liquid aimed at the door itself runs to the edges of an unsealed pack and joins whatever is in there already. A razor scraper used gently on cold glass lifts what is on the inner face; anything that shifts under it was on the near side all along.
